Hours of Operation:
A library staff person is available:
Monday - Friday: 9am-3pm
Saturday: 10am-3pm
Sunday: 11am - 2pm
Note: The welcome center staff is available to check out materials Monday through Saturday 8am-8pm. Self-checkout is also available.
Online computers are available from 9am to 8pm Monday through Saturday.
Return books inside at the circulation desk or outside at the drop box after hours.
Book donations will be accepted at PVPL located in Intercourse.

Library Services:
Salisbury Township Branch Library has the distinction of being:
1) the first library in Lancaster County to have a supporting partnership with a private organization (The Family Center of Gap)
and
2) the first library in the county to be designed as an integral part of a cafe.
These exciting and innovative ideas promise to provide library clients with many opportunities to use the services of the library in a uniquely hospitable setting.
All of the services of the public libraries in Lancaster County are available at the Salisbury Township Branch Library, including:
online computers
free Wi-Fi
reference services
children's programming
and a collection consisting of:
books
magazines
audiobooks
large print books
VHS and DVD's for children and adults.
Online resources available at the library (and from home computers for library cardholders) include PA Power Library; ProQuest Periodical Database; PriceIt for antiques; TumbleBooks (children's books online); HeritageQuest; Live Homework Help; and LearnATest. Library cardholders can also reserve and renew items from their home computers.
Materials selection and staffing are under the supervision of Pequea Valley Public Library and its Board of Directors. The Salisbury Township Branch Library functions as a branch location of the Pequea Valley Public Library. Funds for staffing and equipment of the branch location have been raised by The Family Center of Gap, and partially from Salisbury Township. All items in the library are owned by Pequea Valley Public Library.
